Infrared heat is required by all living things for optimum health. In our sauna’s a beautiful radiant heat surrounds you like a warm hug and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation. Unlike a traditional sauna the cabin isn’t stuffy and you can sit comfortably for 30 minutes allowing your body to really experience the healing of heat.

The combination of near and far infrared waves helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals. This deep sweat we experience leaves us feeling lighter and happier.

You can put your favourite flow or HIT class on your tablet/phone and place inside the glass/metal cabinet to keep your device safe but viewable!

We are officially the only centre in the UK offering infrared yoga sauna facilities and 1 of only 3 in the whole of Europe, making it a truly unparalleled and exclusive treatment.

Comes with medical grade Chromotherapy (96 LEDs/12 colours), this allows you to enjoy a full light spectrum that is often minimised with restrictions to natural light in our homes and offices. If you’d like to listen to an audiobook or meditation this is possible with our inbuilt bluetooth speakers.
