Wellbeing in the Workplace

Reduce absenteeism, burnout and increase productivity.

What does stress cost?

According to Chris Parke, CEO and Co-founder, Talking Talent; the costs to both individual and business performance are rising as a result. Work-related stress and mental illness accounts for over half of work absences – and costs British businesses an estimated £26 billion per annum. In addition, studies have revealed that 460,000 people transition from work to sickness and disability benefits a year, which costs employers £9 billion a year.

What can Mederi Wellness do for you and your staff?

Join us in rural Oxford for three hours on a ‘Mindful Monday’. Six of your employees will get to experience total relaxation and return to work feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

During the time spent at Mederi each individual will have the option to have 30 minutes in the Weyron Chair Dr, 30 minutes in the Infrared sauna and then 45 to 60 minutes in the float pod.

In between sessions they will have the chance to enjoy some healthy snacks and ‘breathing’ time in our relaxation room.

We will also ensure to provide your valued staff with calming techniques to take away with them, meaning that they can re centre themselves at moments in the day where they might feel overwhelmed at work.

“We live in unprecedented times where pressure, stress and worry are constants. Probably more than any other time organisations need to look after their people. An organisation that actively cares for its people is rewarded by loyalty and commitment, a greater customer experience and improved productivity. I have regularly taken a ‘float’ at Mederi Wellness. I don’t know how it works but an hour in a float tank, is like a mental reboot. Stress gone, clarity of thought, improved focus and an overwhelming sense of well being.”
