Deposit - Booking
For some treatments, a deposit is required online at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session (last-minute cancellation), the cancellation charge is of 50% of the treatment or the use of the membership session.
The cancellation less then 48 hours with the therapist is the 100% of the treatment fee.
In the event of a 'no show,' the fee is 100% of the treatment.
If your session started and you decide not to have it; the charge is 100% of the treatment.
If the amount charged differs from your deposited amount, your card will be billed for the correct total.
If you have booked using a voucher and haven't confirmed your account on Fresha with a bank card, or failed to communicate with us promptly, we will have to apply the voucher as a cancellation fee.
If you have booked using a membership session, that session will be used for the event 'no show'.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule on Fresha App, or via phone/email us.
Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your session will be classified as a last-minute cancellation.
Not Confirmed Booking
We reserve the right to cancel your booking from our system if it is not confirmed 48 hours prior to the start of the session. ( Excluding reservations made with a membership. )
Memberships
This is considered a contract between you and Mederi Wellness. By purchasing it, you agree to pay a monthly discounted rate and utilize the sessions until your membership concludes. Rest assured, we will not raise the price during this period.
The sessions are valid between the day and time you purchased the membership until the same date and time next month.
Sessions cannot be transferred to the next timeframe.
Memberships cannot be shared unless specified in the description. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, you may send someone else in your place; this option is valid for use once during the duration of your membership, but needs to be communicated with us.
If you wish to cancel your membership ( classified as terminating the contract between Mederi Wellness and yourself) before its expiration and not due to a medically verified reason, we offer two options:
We reserve the right to decline your Membership in the future, and if you make a purchase, we retain the right to cancel it without issuing a refund; or you have the option to pay the difference between the discounted sessions you have already used and at the standard price.
Vouchers
We are able to generate one-time vouchers directly at the venue.
All vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
All vouchers on Fresha provide the option to review what you can use them for before making a purchase.
We cannot swap the treatments.
If the Terms & Conditions for the voucher you're considering aren't clear, please email us and we’ll send them to you.
We can not extend the expiry time on the Vouchers.
We are open 6 days a week, and they are valid for a year; giving a plenty of time and option to use it.
(From time to time, we provide Special Vouchers that are valid for a shorter period.)

Fresha currently does not permit online bookings using a code, but they are actively working on implementing this feature.
Venue Policy
On the first time you visit us, we ask you to read and sign our policy (SmartWaiver) before your arrival. You can find the link in your confirmation email.
Timing
Your scheduled session will begin at the selected time on Fresha. ( If you are not sure what time, feel free to give us a call.)
If you arrive late, or if you plan to read and sign our policy here, the time lost will be deducted from your treatment duration.
