Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology

Gentle stimulation for deep healing, detox and balance.

Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology is a specialised reflexology technique that focuses on supporting the lymphatic system — one of the body’s most essential systems for immune function, detoxification, and fluid regulation.

Through precise and rhythmic movements on reflex points (typically on the feet), this therapy helps stimulate lymph flow, encouraging the body’s natural processes of cleansing, decongestion, and repair — all without needing to touch the body directly.

🩺 Why is the lymphatic system so important?

The lymphatic system acts like the body’s drainage and defence network. It clears waste, toxins, and excess fluid, while transporting white blood cells that protect against infection and inflammation. But unlike the circulatory system, the lymphatic system has no central pump — it relies on body movement, breath, and manual stimulation to flow properly.

When the lymph becomes stagnant or sluggish, it can lead to symptoms such as:

  • Swelling or puffiness (especially in the feet, legs, or face)

  • A feeling of heaviness or congestion in the body

  • Frequent colds or infections

  • Skin issues or dull complexion

  • Headaches, fatigue, or low energy

  • Sluggish digestion or detox

How Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology helps

By stimulating the reflexes associated with the lymphatic system, this treatment encourages:

  • Improved lymph circulation — supporting natural detox and immune resilience

  • Reduced water retention and inflammation — especially in the limbs and face

  • Relief from sinus congestion and tension-related headaches

  • Support for chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia, autoimmune imbalances, or post-viral fatigue

  • Overall sense of lightness, calm, and well-being

What to Expect in a Session

We offer three programs you can choose from:

  • Foot Reflexology – 45 min
Classic lymphatic drainage reflexology using precise, gentle movements on the feet.

  • Flow & Glow Facial – 45 min
A relaxing facial with lymph drainage, Gua Sha, and ice globes. Boosts glow, reduces puffiness, relieves tension, and promotes detox. Includes cleanse, head & neck massage.

  • Combined Foot and Flow & Glow Facial

For a deeper whole-system effect, combining lymphatic stimulation with soothing release of facial tension and support for fluid movement throughout the head and neck.
