Neurodiverse and Float Therapy

It Felt Like Death...

A 12 year olds insight into the feeling during his float in our beautiful pod and he was precise in his reflection on the time he spent in there. A 30 minute session really had a soothing effect and has been known to give people the opportunity to let go of everything holding them down.

We can have an ego death in the float pod too, when we realise the world, the universe, it is all so much bigger than us.

That life is for loving and living, its not for getting hung up on what Sandra said today that might have p*ssed you off. Or what Kevin did at lunch time that got your back up.

This insightful 12 year old told his mum that his “heart felt calm” after the 30 minute float and 30 minutes breathwork with me last weekend. Watching the shoulders drop of his mum and dad as they breathed properly, into those lower ribs and only through the nose was beautiful to be a part of, enjoying so much stillness when life can be quite hectic with two neurodiverse children.

Js younger brother breathed too as he played with the crystals in the relaxation room and we all finished the session smiling.

If you have a child or children that you think would benefit from gentle breathwork guidance and float therapy reply to this email.

Two float sessions and 30 minutes of family breathwork totals £130.
