ATTENTION Drop those shoulders & Breathe Better.

This week I've worked with 8 clients to get in tune with their breathing. learning to breathe down into the lower ribs to make full use of their lungs, to nasal breathe and concentrate on minimising using their mouth.

during the hot and cold dips they learnt to enter a calm state using long exhale breaths.

an hour of breathing properly, beautiful heat from the infrared sauna and cooling down with a cold dip took us all back into our bodies to feel where the tension and the aches were being held.

The dates for our May sessions are now set, if you would like to join us for your breathe better session we have women on 22nd May and men on the 23rd May starting 7.30pm
