Entering Woo Woo land..
I call float pod 2 the portal Mederi Wellness it's the transporter to another realm for me and some other people that use the pods regularly.
When you observe complete silence and introspection which btw is not an easy and quick thing to do awareness levels rise.
When you hear the beat of your heart ❤️ and feel completely weightless the brain is able to operate at another level one we never get to reach unless meditating for hours or practicing mindfulness daily.
I have experienced the deepest love for myself and acceptance for the parts of me that are dark, I have seen things in the tank that aren't visible to your eyes in normal light, I have met with my dead father, I have tried to reach the light that seems so far away.
After reading the father of floatings book the deep self (Dr John Lilly) I know there is so much work to do in the float pod, there's places to travel and there's more levels of innerstanding to achieve.
There is something so powerful about understanding who you are and why you are really here... because you deep down know it's not just to work 9 til 5 paying bills to richer people than you or I, it’s not to get caught up in a political buzz that we have little control over or to feel stress the majority of our waking lives….
Maybe we are here to make someone else smile, to watch the wind in the trees, the sea wash up on the shore, create art, dance 💃 love and be loved 😍
Reading this missing page about astral projection and consciousness makes sense to me after experiencing floatation.. people will think it's woo woo but until you've floated 3 times you cannot make judgement on it and how powerful our minds really are.
